Brewery House - Macau
In collaboration with CHIL Interior Design
As part of the Grand Lisboa Palace Hotel II, the Brewery House in Macau takes inspiration from the Bavarian German beer brewery tradition. The main attraction of the restaurant is a brewery station composed of different equipment such as chiller tanks and brewing copper kettles where the beer is produced and served to the customers through a feature bar counter.
The space is divided into two floors, connected by scenic staircase and glass elevator, and it is all designed to keep the typical Bavarian and Oktoberfest Festival vibes, with decorative items all display around the space and with features elements like the carousel and the swinging boats, traditional and authentic elements of the Oktoberfest Festival.
